ACTS is one of the premier consulting firms in the Middle East to receive accreditation of the ISO 9001:2000 for its specialized activities, conveyed by its fully-equipped laboratories, high technical services and quality system. The firm started implementing the new directives of the UKAS/NAMAS. The firm is registered at all governmental and official bodies and approved by most engineering firms, as well as being certified by the Saudi Arabian Standards Organization – SASO for laboratory approval. In addition, ACTS has ISO 17025:2005 accreditation for most of its laboratory testing procedures.
ACTS has a technical staff with more than 100 years of combined experience. The well-experienced staff is the result of their knowledgeable and keen involvement in major jobs and vast number of projects, becoming well adapted to a wide variety of topics and complex problems in their domains. The staff constantly strives to improve their qualifications through attendance of seminars, workshops and training sessions on the latest developments in the industry. They are continually being trained by specialists to improve their techniques and know-how.

The firm is the local sponsor group of the American Concrete Institute (ACI International) in the Middle East, where the certification activities cover Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, and UAE. In addition it is a member of several institutes such as ACI, ASTM,
ASCE, BSI, CSI, ICT and others.
